we before me

Chapter 6 • Game Face: Win the Handoff

Why team-first culture wins — and how this game makes it stick.

Why this chapter matters

Championship teams don’t chase spotlights — they celebrate the assist. Rituals turn “me” into “we,” lower stress, and raise trust. When you help someone else win, your ceiling rises too. This is the practical, bottom-up path to real culture: repeat the handoff until trust becomes the floor.

What this game is

A fast drag-and-drop challenge that puts you in real work moments where you decide who gets the credit. You can Take the Credit for quick points or Give the Credit to fill the Team Meter faster. Finish your day by Giving to unlock a big captain bonus.

How to play

Start the 60-second round (hit start button at bottom). Drag each card to either Take the Credit (+2) or Give the Credit (+1). Pro move: make your final card a Give to earn +100. Listen for Coach — he’ll reinforce great choices and course-correct the selfish ones.

Why to play

Because careers accelerate inside teams people trust. Giving credit builds reputation, spreads load, and unlocks chances to lead. Practice here. Use it at work today. Repeat it tomorrow. That’s how culture sticks.
