Notes

For Crew Members:
  • Add notes about what you’re proud of: highlight craftsmanship or what went well.
  • Mention anything that didn’t go as planned: explain why and offer a solution.
  • Suggest improvements: even small changes can make a big difference next time.
  • Know your notes matter: these are used in team huddles and one-on-one reviews.
For Managers:
  • Use this checklist in team and one-on-one reviews: focus on what’s excellent and what can be improved.
  • Add your own notes: whether from field visits or photos, your observations help raise the bar.
  • Share with designers, sales, and account managers: this gives everyone context and visibility.
  • Encourage others to follow up: use these in proactive client visits or final walk-throughs.
  • Review jobs regularly: the more you observe and engage, the stronger the team becomes. These are your "Game Films".
  • Organize for coaching: flag the email and pin it to the top of your inbox. After sharing and reviewing, forward to your manager if needed, and move it to a folder named Archived Quality Reports. You can create subfolders for each Crew Leader to build a coaching library for annual reviews and development. Save any images—they’re gold for future training moments.

💬 Culture Reminder: These aren’t just forms—they’re learning tools. They help us recognize excellence, correct gaps, and raise the standard together.
