What This Tool Is
This is a Quality Control Audit tool for use before, during, or after any project. It’s available to all employees and meant to create fast, clear communication about what’s working—and what needs improvement.
It only takes a few minutes to complete, and the results are automatically formatted into an email that can be sent to the people who need to know: project managers, sales reps, designers, or anyone else.
When and How to Use It
- Before starting a job or LMA visit— functional solution, clarity, and proper expectations.
- Midway through — review execution to standards.
- At completion — capture quality and client sentiment.
- In meetings — pull up audits during 1-on-1s or weekly team huddles like "game film" to constantly improve.
