Notes

For Crew Leaders

Fill this out and make your notes for the next day to stay sharp, on track, and ready. Don’t miss small details that cost you time. Use this form to stay efficient, organized, and prepared for tomorrow.

  • Share your notes with your manager at the end of each day.
  • Use the notes to help build tomorrow’s plan—what worked, what didn’t, and what support you need.
  • If something’s not working—say it. If the manager missed something—bring it up.
  • This is not about blame—it’s about teamwork. Challenge each other to hit collective goals with excellence.

For Managers

Crew Leaders must make this a habit. This is a non-negotiable tool that drives daily efficiency, safety, and quality.

  • Use this form daily to ensure your team is aligned, resourced, and communicating with clients.
  • Don’t let Crew Leaders skip this—it’s a must-do task that keeps everyone on track.
  • Review submissions to spot gaps, needs, and follow-ups—then coach or adjust as needed.
  • The time it takes to do this right pays off 10x in efficiency and proactive service.
  • Best process for consistency and results: Review these emails daily, act on any action items in the notes, review each morning what is missed, get the crew what they need, flag and pin emails to the top of your inbox if there are items left to do. Delete or archive when everything is addressed and complete.

💬 Reminder: Leadership is built on rhythm, reflection, and readiness. This tool delivers all three.
