NEW “See the Picture” — What this game is & how to use it
Why this exists: Most of us work hard on our piece, but don’t always see the picture on the box. This mini-game trains the habit of checking the next step and the people around you—so work flows, trust grows, and results improve.
What it is
A fast, story-based puzzle. You make decisions under time pressure. Good “clarity moves” reveal tiles of an image—just like how real teams reveal the bigger picture when they coordinate.
Why it matters (quick lesson)
- Clarity → Engagement: When people see how their role fits the whole, performance and retention jump.
- Respect builds trust: Looking downstream/upstream (before & after your step) prevents rework and frustration.
- High performance lives between roles: The “handoffs” are where teams win or lose.
